Alternatives to Sudafed, Fri Aug 26 2005
Reviewed By: DrKerr

Stacey M Kerr MD
Since Sudafed is increasingly being used for making methamphetamines, it will now be behind the counter at the pharmacies. This should raise a red flag to all consumers: THINK before you take any medication at all. Nasal rinsing washes out the CAUSE of congestion, and acts as a natural decongestant without the side effects. They should sell nasal wash systems in the counter space that will be empty once they move the Sudafed out. It's like brushing your teeth - should be a regular part of our morning routines. Good article!
